Terms of Service
Thank you for considering trusting me with your commission. Please read through the terms of service. If I post that I am open for commissions, this link will be included. It will be assumed that you have read this and you will be required to abide by the ToS.
General Terms
○ I do not give permission for my work, commissioned or otherwise, to be used as an NFT or for AI training.
○ **Unless otherwise specified, I may post the completed works on my social media and to my portfolio. **If this is an issue, i.e. in the case of wanting to keep a VTuber model private before debut, please let me know.
○ I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
○ 100% payment is required before I start working. Payment plans are available, but I will not start until full payment is received.
○ You may edit the art / model as you please once you receive the finished commission, but if the piece includes my signature it must remain unaltered.
○ After the sketch phase (for art) alterations will incur an extra charge. If commissioning Live2D model art, minor alterations such as colours are okay prior to rigging. During the rigging stage, you may request minor alterations such as modifying the degree of movement but complex modifications may incur an extra charge.
○ When receiving the sketch, you have 24 hours to reply with any alterations before I continue with the piece.
○ If commissioning a Live2D rig, your character's PSD must be properly cut and ready to rig. Requiring me to excessively alter a PSD will incur an extra cost according to how long it takes me to do so.
○ You must be 18 or older to commission me.
○ Violation of the ToS may result in a cancellation of the commission without refund, and barring of being able to commission me in the future. Depending on severity, you may be publicly posted on a beware list for other artists' reference.
Slot Terms
○ Slots open periodically. I open 2 slots at a time for Live2D models. Generally, if I have not posted recently that my slots are open, they are not. My slot openings for Live2D models are posted to https://discord.gg/live2d and occasionally to my social media.
○ Slots are only secured by full payment or active payment plan. If payment isn't received (first payment for payment plan) within 48 hours, you risk losing your slot.
○ If slots run out, you may request to be added to a waiting list. The waiting list does not guarantee a slot, but you will be among the first to be notified of slots opening.
○ Turnaround time for Live2D rigging slots is around 2 - 3 weeks. If there is a specific deadline, please let me know prior to payment. Rush orders may be possible but require a 50% extra charge. This turnaround estimate does not apply to character/model art.
Payment and Refund Terms
○ Payment may be received through PayPal or eTransfer (if client is in Canada). I cannot accept payment from platforms such as CashApp as they are not available in my country.
○ Refunds are only accepted in the case of:
- Early Cancellation (full refund) in which case the client cancels before I've started working on the project.
- Untimely Cancellation (possible partial refund depending on how far into the project) in which case the client cancels while the project is currently in progress.
- Deadline specified by client was not met (partial refund) and client does not want to extend deadline.
○ You are not entitled to a refund once the project is already started.
